This website is owned by Foyleside Traders Association Limited (who are described as “we” or “us” below), with registered office Foyleside Shopping Centre, The Management Suite, Orchard Street, Derry, Co. Londonderry, BT48 6XY and company number NI 30146.
The use of this website is subject to these terms of use. By using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website. Any personal information you supply to us will be used in the manner set out in our Privacy Policy.

1. This Website

This website provides you with access to information about a wide range of offerings and services at Foyleside Shopping Centre in Derry City. This information is supplied by retailers that have a physical presence at Foyleside Shopping Centre and because of this we are not responsible to you for anything arising out of your interaction with a retailer.
This website is also intended to be a source of information relating to activities at Foyleside SC. Although we update our site regularly, information can change and sometimes information may be out of date.

2. Competitions

Any competitions entered into via this website are subject to additional terms and conditions. One entry per person. The prize is non transferable. If the prize stated is unavailable, an alternative of the same value will be supplied. No trade, third party or consumer group applicants will be accepted. Promoters reserve the right to disqualify incomplete or altered registrations. The winner agrees to participate in any public relations arranged by the promoter. Winner name and photograph may be published on this and partner affiliated websites, Foyleside Shopping Centre social media channels and in local media. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
If the promoter of the competition is a third party their terms and conditions may vary. Please contact the promoter for further information.

3. Your responsibility to Foyleside

You undertake that all details and information you provide to us for the purpose of registering on the website are correct and that you will keep them up to date.

4. Our responsibility to you

You acknowledge that the website is provided as is as a convenience to you. Sometimes, for technical, legal or operational reasons, it may not be available. We may suspend your access at any time in our sole discretion.

If we are in breach of these terms of use, we will only be responsible to you for any losses that you suffer as a result to the extent that they are a foreseeable consequence to both of us at the time you register with the website. Our responsibility shall not in any event include business losses such as lost data, lost profits or business interruption. (In accordance with our legal obligations to you in general, that does not limit or affect our responsibility to you if we are negligent and our negligence causes death or personal injury, or if we are fraudulent.)

We are not responsible to you for any damages, losses, costs or expenses you suffer arising out of your use of the website or if the website is unavailable, does not function as anticipated or is inaccurate.
