If you require any information or assistance our Customer service team are happy to assist, located at Foyleside’s Customer Service Centre on Level 2.
Services provided include; Foyleside Gift Cards, Ticketmaster, Faxing, Photocopying, Safe Child Scheme and Lost/Found Property.
Foyleside Gift Cards are the perfect gift, redeemable at any of the stores within Foyleside. Gift Cards can be purchased at the Customer Service Centre on Level Two, your gift card balance can be reviewed online at www.getmybalance.com
*Please note Gift Cards expire 12 months from date of purchase. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed after the expiration date.

Shopmobility at Foyleside
The Shopmobility service is available for : Anyone, young or old, whether their mobility problem is temporary or permanent. People who want to get out and about independently. Equipment hire is available to visitors to the city who require mobility support to access the full amenities offered.
When is it available?
Wheelchairs and scooters are available for hire during trading hours. Scooters needed outside of trading hours are available when booked in advance at the unit.
How much does it cost ?
There is no charge for this service, although we welcome all voluntary donations to support the running costs.
How do I get to the Shopmobility unit ?
If you require transport services because of mobility problems, Bridge Accessible Transport can provide services from your front door to the shopping centre. If you travel by car and require parking facilities close to the Shopmobility unit, we can direct you to the available disabled bays. Shopmobility staff can meet you in the car-park and accompany you to the unit. The unit is located on level one within the Foyleside Shopping Centre.
At the Shopmobility Unit
If you wish to use the scheme you will need to register as a member, and choose which piece of equipment best suit your needs. Training on use of the equipment will be provided by Shopmobility staff.

Car Parking
Our two multi-story car parks provide approximately 1600 parking spaces with a specialist coach park facility to cater for up to eight coaches. With disabled parking and parent and child bays also available.
Car park opening hours:
Monday – 7:30am – 7:00pm
Tuesday – 7:30am – 7:00pm
Wednesday – 7:30am – 10:00pm
Thursday – 7:30am – 10:00pm
Friday – 7:30am – 10:00pm
Saturday – 7:30am – 8:00pm
Sunday – 12 pm – 7:00pm
Wed/Sat – East Car Park open till 11:30 pm for theatre patrons.
Pass cards not sold to new customers November-December.
Height restriction: Both car parks are 1.98 metres (all 4×4 jeeps fit)
Lost ticket fees apply
Disabled parking – 35 bays located near lift lobbies. These bays are monitored regular and notice used for offenders
Parent and child bays – Located on level 1 west, level 1A East total number of bays 28 (West 15, East 13)

Kid Zone
Kid Zone is a fantastic soft play area for the little ones located in the Food Quarter. Take a break from shopping and relax in our family friendly food quarter, with additional toilets, baby changing facilities and high chairs.
