Hop down to Foyleside Shopping Centre this Easter for a wide range of themed events, activities and giveaways.
The celebrations begin this weekend with the unveiling of our 20ft Easter Bunny balloon sculpture! We were unable to decide on a name, but our local schoolchildren have now taken up the task so stay tuned to find out what the bunny will be called.
Also running throughout the Easter period is our Easter Treasure Hunt, where families are invited to collect a form at the customer service desk on level 3 and begin their hunt to find the Easter Egg stickers that have been scattered around the centre. A mini prize will be awarded for all completed forms, which can then be submitted into our post box to enter the draw for a sp-egg-tacular Easter Hamper. Micky Doherty will be on hand to host a live edition of the hunt on Saturday 16th April before the winner of the hamper is announced.
Face painting, balloon modelling and crafts are just a handful of the other activities we have on offer and if you happen to catch our life-size Easter Bunny hopping around the centre, make sure to tag @FoylesideSC in your photos!
A petting zoo will also be available throughout the week, featuring rabbits, chicks, guinea pigs and pygmy goats. A full list of the events for Easter week can be found below.

“Our giant Easter Bunny balloon sculpture will set the tone and will remain on display throughout the festivities, while the Easter Treasure Hunt is not to be missed as you could be in the chance of winning a fantastic prize.
“We have plenty of other activities to keep you entertained as well as we look forward to welcoming our customers to the centre during what is traditionally a wonderful time of year.”
