Father’s Day at Foyleside
Father’s Day is fast approaching, and we have an amazing event lined up at Foyleside Shopping Centre to complement your shopping experience.
The event runs from 12pm to 2.30pm on Saturday 18th June, with a penalty shootout game being our featured activity.
BBC Sport NI broadcaster Michael Clarke will be on hand to host the proceedings as members of the public will be invited to take penalties against a Derry City FC goalkeeper.
Other DCFC stars will also be in attendance to give penalty takers some tips and to cheer them on.
The shootout starts at 1pm but you’ll also find something for golf fans, with mini-golf in the centre from 12pm-2:30pm.
Running from the Saturday 11th June, shoppers will also be invited to take photos by the ‘No.1 Champion’ display, where they can upload to social media and tag @foylesidesc for a chance to win a Foyleside Gift Card.
If that wasn’t enough, we have a special draw taking place to win an elusive PS5, which opens on Saturday 11th June. To enter, head to the Foyleside Postbox on Level 2, fill in a form with your details and drop it in.

“We’re also delighted to have some Derry City stars on board who will no doubt keep us thoroughly entertained throughout the afternoon with the penalty shootout activity.
“Our PS5 competition tops off what is sure to be a brilliant occasion and we look forward to welcoming everyone to the centre – especially the dads!”
