The health and safety of our customers and staff is of the utmost importance, and our goal is to ensure that everyone in Foyleside can shop or work while feeling safe.
Please respect our cleaning staff as enhanced cleaning regimes are implemented. We are continuing to work hard to ensure Foyleside is kept as clean and safe as possible.
However, we can’t do it alone. We need shoppers to play their part by adhering to government guidelines, which in turn will help limit the spread of COVID-19.
Additionally, please do not visit the centre if you are feeling unwell.

Face coverings
When used correctly, wearing a face covering may reduce the spread of coronavirus. Although wearing a face covering is no longer a legal requirement, it is still strongly recommended when attending the centre.
Social distancing
It is advised to keep a safe distance between you and anyone outside your household during your visit to Foyleside Shopping Centre. A range of measures have been taken within the centre to encourage this.
Hand sanitisation
Hand sanitisation points are in place at various locations around the centre. It is important to use these when entering Foyleside, individual stores and areas where food and drink are served. Additionally, our toilet facilities have soap and hot water.
